Returns & Exchanges

At BKS Shoes, we want you to walk with confidence; if your new pair isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original shoebox and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the shoes in their original box, insert the packing slip, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
